Silvia is a dear friend of mine and shares one of my most valued hobbies. She has always been one of my favourite models.
I know Sandra for a long time now, but we lost contact during the last years, so I was really happy to meet her again in Winter 2011.
These pictures were shot during an all-lazy weekend when I visited Yumi in Hamburg. We found the perfect place to take the pictures in the old “Speicherstadt”.
We did an asian inspired shooting at the japanese Garden in Leverkusen, but simply couldn’t resist taking some pictures at the nearby modern buildings as well.
Autumn is my favourite season. The late sunlight from a deep sun on plants is so absolutely beautiful that it’s hard to describe. I’m glad we have seasons in Germany.
Shooting with Christina almost grows to something I do regularly. This time the theme was “mermaids” and we were accompanied by Erich, as we shot in his studio, and Julia as make-up artist.
Christiane aka Murmeltierchen is a very passionate Cosplayer. She loves making costumes with loads of little details, so she picked Tyrande Whisperwind from World of Warcraft for the Blizzard Costume Contest at GamesCom 2011.
We have this adorable field of wheat just one street away, and every year until 2011, in late Summer, I was like: I HAVE to shoot here…So I finally got me a model to shoot there!
The shot with Maddi was the first shot I did with my new camera. I spontaneously asked her if she wanted to come and she said yes
Suaine usually cosplays stuff from shows I don’t know. Honestly, I only know a third of her cosplayed characters. It’s kind of a challenge to shoot characters one doesn’t know because you never know if the posing is right.
